Is it just us, or did life get a little bit sweeter around here? It might be Caramello, our New Limited Edition Salted Caramel Almond Macaroon from our Test Kitchen! And yes, our test kitchen macaroons are available to ship.
Caramello almond flour cookies are a delicate balance of lightly sweet, rich caramel flavour with just a touch of salt to enhance the flavour. The chewy cookie crust brings just the right amount of texture to compliment the soft center. Caramello was too good to keep to ourselves, and we're so glad it's our first limited edition test kitchen macaroon.
These high protein cookies make a great healthy snack, with 2 grams of protein per cookie. Our gluten-free cookies are made of more than 50% almonds and are inherently allergy-friendly. Our macaroons are also, Dairy-Free, Peanut-Free, Corn-Free, Soy-Free, and Kosher Certified.
