Received some Pistachio flavored biscuits in a gift basket from a supplier along with a number of other gourmet items.
These Pistachio cookies made such an impression on me for two reasons, taste and the quality of the ingredients. I had to have more, so I looked them up and voila...ordered a multi pack. Love...love...them. Thank you.
I tried the lemon lavender first and I loved it so much I bought the multi pack. I cannot decide which one I like best! I was pleasantly surprised by the walnut macaron having a hint of maple to it - warms my Canadian heart!
This flavour is fantastic. The smell is lovely and the taste is almost as good. I find myself looking for a touch more salt, but they’re delicious nonetheless. Will buy again!

Seriously the BEST GF cookies ever. I struggle being celiac and most things being rice based. These being almond flour based not only taste amazing, but I don't react like I do to other GF items. I just wish I'd found this brand sooner!

I bought these for the first time and I absolutely love them! I've made a quiche with mushroom and cheese and it came out delicious. Can't wait to try out the sweet pie shells as well.
I AM NOT LYING!!! If you want a macaroon that is moist and chewy with a bit of a crust on the outside with premium ingredient and taste...this is the only macaroon for you. These will not disappoint. I am not even gluten free, I love them just cause they are an excellent cookie. The only problem is that if you have a whole bag in front of you, they disappear so I challenge you to ration them.
This is my favourite taste of all of the macaroons, they are just the right snack. I would be more apt to purchase if they were not so expensive, even if they offered seconds.
Oh my, I nearly cried. After more than 35 years on a strictly GF diet, I finally baked a truly delicious pie. It was pumpkin, and I ate the whole thing the day I made it. Not ashamed.
