  • 2 Piccola Cucina Original Almond Flour Wraps
  • 1 leftover rotisserie chicken breast - chopped
  • 3 sliced - spring onions
  • ½ sliced - red onion
  • ¼ cup - shredded smoked gouda
  • ¼ cup - grated mozzarella
  • ¼ cup - of your favourite BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken and both onions in a bowl with BBQ sauce and mix to combine.
  2. In a skillet heated to med heat
  3. Add the wrap
  4. Add gouda cheese
  5. Top with chicken mixture
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and the second wrap.
  7. Once the bottom is toasted and cheese has melted
  8. Flip over and cook until melted through.
  9. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
