Payment
Piccola Cucina accepts payments through PayPal, Visa or MasterCard, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items.
Please Note: All prices are in CDN dollars
A currency converter is located at the bottom center at all times for your convenience.
Once the payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email receipt of your purchase and your order will be submitted for processing. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Shipping
All orders ship within 1–2 business days from the date of receipt. Packages are sent via Canada Post or UPS.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $13 CAD within Canada.
Enjoy free shipping across Canada on orders over $75 CAD.
Please note: Orders to the USA are currently paused due to U.S. tariffs and ongoing market conditions.
All orders are sent via standard ground mail, unless noted otherwise. Please contact us prior to purchase if you prefer priority or express shipping. Additional charges may apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take great pride in our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know, however, all sales are final.
Freight Claims
Please check your deliveries immediately and report any damage to us within 7 days. Also, please save all packaging material if you discover your products have arrived damaged.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally between 1-7 days from the date your order ships. We cannot guarantee delivery time once an order is in the couriers hands, as it out of our control. Delivery times may be delayed due to weather and high volume such as around the holidays.
