Ingredients

Gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, tapioca flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato flour), organic cane sugar, sunflower oil, honey, yeast, guar gum, cellulose gum, salt, monoglycerides.

Baking Instructions

For best results, bake from frozen using a convection oven.

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. Remove all packaging and add toppings to the dimpled side of the crust.
3. Place on parchment paper directly on the oven rack.
4. Bake for 13–18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the internal temperature reaches 72°C (162°F).
5. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
