Almond Flour

Our bakery-quality Almond Flour is protein-rich, high in healthy plant-based fats like omega 3 and monosaturated fat, light and fluffy, and so finely milled, it's almost the same colour as traditional flours. 

Almond flours are naturally allergy-friendly and perfect for those who are celiac or on a gluten-free diet, keto-friendly -  with 6 grams of protein per 28 grams (about 1/4 cup) - and rich in nutrients like vitamin E, manganese, magnesium.

We source our almond flour directly from a third-generation family farm in San Joaquin Valley, California. The farm uses sustainable farming practices and is bee-friendly certified. 

Our Almond Flour is perfect for gluten-free or high-protein baking, dredging chicken or fish, or as a protein alternative in smoothies and shakes.

Each bag includes:

• 454 grams / one (1) pound of finely milled Almond Flour
• Store in fridge or freezer for extended shelf life up to 18 months
