How does one top the perfectly paired PERFECTION of a hearty ham and tropical pineapple pizza? Use local ingredients, like Alberta full-dairy mozzarella cheese.

FREE FROM: gluten, egg, soy

INGREDIENTS:

Crust: gluten-free flour blend (white rice flour, tapioca flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato flour, fava bean flour), organic cane sugar, sunflower oil, honey, yeast, guar gum, cellulose gum, salt, vinegar, baking soda, monoglycerides. Sauce: tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), organic cane sugar, sunflower oil, salt, tapioca flour, spices, cellulose gum.

Toppings: partly skimmed mozzarella cheese (milk, modified milk ingredients, bacterial culture, calcium chloride, salt, microbial enzyme. May contain: cellulose and natamycin), naturally smoked ham (pork, water, salt, dextrose and/or glucose, corn syrup solids, sodium and/or potassium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, mustard, smoke), pineapple (pineapple, sugar, citric acid). Contains: Milk and mustard. **

BAKING DIRECTIONS: for best results bake from frozen and use convection oven setting.

  1. Position rack in centre of oven.
  2. Preheat OVEN to 400ºF (204ºC).
  3. Remove pizza crust from all packaging. Add desired toppings to the dimpled side of the pizza crust.
  4. Place pizza onto parchment paper and set on oven rack.
  5. Bake for 13 – 18 min. Pizza is done when the toppings and crust are golden and the center of the pizza has reached an internal temperature of 72oC.
  6. Let pizza rest a few minutes, cut and enjoy! Ovens vary, please use these directions as a guide. Pizza will be very hot. Please handle with care.
