This cookie is delicious!! Soft and chewy texture. I love the maple flavor which is pronounced, not subtle. I haven't tried the other flavors yet so I can't say yet if this is my favorite but it will be hard to top. They are more expensive than typical commercial store cookies but they also have much better (and more expensive) ingredients. I am not exclusively gluten free but like to get protein in my cookie (almond) rather than just carbs (wheat/rice). So glad they are available at Costco online but hoping some day they will be available in the store too. I bought the variety pack so I am looking forward to trying the other flavors. It is a bonus that they are canadian and women owned.
This is my favorite flavor so far. And everyone I shared them with, loved them, no exaggeration. The texture is perfect and the maple is an added bonus. I am hosting an afternoon tea next month, and I'm going to add them to the menu.
The maple flavor is sooo good!!! I love it.
Seriously the BEST GF cookies ever. I struggle being celiac and most things being rice based. These being almond flour based not only taste amazing, but I don't react like I do to other GF items. I just wish I'd found this brand sooner!
